Jun 19 – After little under a month of non stop work, we cleared away over 100,000 kgs of waste from the Canacona municipality dump.

May 19 – Hello Colva, we are back after 5 years. Please give be us your dry waste once a week. This is our 5th village that we serve.

Aug 18 – I’ll be speaking on the topic of Home Recycling in Goa at Atmavishwas, Verna, South Goa on the 5th of August at 4pm.

Jul 18 – vRecycle received plaque and a national recognition for its work by Network 18 at a grand gala in New Delhi on 6th July. 4 other Goans also got recognition at the ceremony.

Jun 18 – We released the national data on our audit on branded waste at 15 locations in India on 4th June at New Delhi

Mar 18 – We had a great meeting with over 50+ participants. With this we hope to form a pressure group or run a parallel w.m. system with the Goa Govt.

Jan 18 – After 4 years of working with the Corlim Panchayat, in North Goa, we had no option but to stop our services due to non cooperation and non payment of our bills. This also means that we will permanently close our operations at Corlim. This brings an end to our North Goa drop off center after the 15th of Jan. Our South Goa operations will continue!

Dec 17 – We now also accept non – recyclable waste from all existing and walk in clients. We will charge Rs. 1/kg to process this via the approved co-processing for its safe disposal.

Nov 17 – GST on most recyclables has dropped from 18% to 5%. The only exception is metal scrap which remains at 18%. The damage has already been done though.

Jul 17 – GST is here. It’s causing a lot of confusion for everybody, and our services will now have an additional 18% service tax though waste pickup should have been exempted from GST.
